Challenge

How can operational telemetry be transformed into a clear view of performance differences across factories and device types?

Approach

Structured the dataset, created calculated measures and built interactive Tableau views to compare unhealthy status patterns. A separate Excel task classified equality scores for 37 factory-role records.

Outcome

Converted complex operational data into an accessible visual analysis, making differences between locations and equipment categories faster to identify.
